Standard startup and shutdown operation: Strictly follow the sequence of closed valve startup and slow valve opening. Avoid direct full-load startup which causes instantaneous overload and impacts on motor and overflow parts. Close the discharge valve before shutdown to prevent medium backflow from impacting pump body.
Real-time monitor operating status : Regularly check pump vibration, noise, temperature and current during operation. Abnormal vibration or overheating indicates worn bearings or unbalanced impellers. Timely inspection and troubleshooting prevent minor faults from evolving into major equipment failures.
Regularly check sealing performance: Inspect shaft seal parts regularly to check for slurry leakage. Supplement packing or replace aging mechanical seals in time. Good sealing effect ensures no medium leakage and protects bearings from slurry erosion under heavy load.
Seasonal anti-rust and anti-freeze maintenance: For long-term shutdown or winter idle equipment, drain all residual medium inside the pump cavity to avoid freezing and cracking of flow passages. Regularly perform anti-rust treatment on exposed parts to ensure the equipment is in good standby state.
