Overall Structure: The motor and pump are coaxially integrated, adopting a dry bottom pump design, and the entire unit operates submerged in water.
Key Components:
Main Impeller: Responsible for transporting the medium.
Preliminary/Bottom Agitator Impeller: Agitates sediment into turbulence, increasing dredging concentration, without the need for auxiliary stirring devices.
Flow Components (pump casing, liner, impeller, etc.): Mostly made of high-chrome wear-resistant alloys (such as high-chrome cast steel), with some models available in 304/316 stainless steel to handle corrosive media.
Sealing System: Uses an oil chamber + mechanical seal (commonly hard alloy) and is equipped with multiple safety measures such as overheating protection and water inlet detection alarm.
Rotation Direction: Viewed from the drive end, it is clockwise; viewed from the water inlet, it is counterclockwise.
