Pre-shutdown Rinse with Clean Water: After operation ends, run the pump in clean water for a few minutes to remove deposits inside the pump.
Regular Maintenance Cycle
Normal Conditions: Maintain once every 6 months;
Intense Usage: Inspect and replace wear parts (impeller, liners, bearings, etc.) every 3 months;
If not used for a long period, the pump body should be removed, stored dry, and coated with anti-rust oil.
Lubrication and Seal Inspection
Regularly add bearing grease;
The stuffing box must be continuously supplied with high-pressure clean water (pressure > pump operating pressure) to prevent shaft seal wear.
Clearance Adjustment: The clearance between the impeller and the front and rear liners affects efficiency and service life; after replacing wear parts, precise adjustment is required.
