Recommended Routine Maintenance Cycle
Under normal working intensity: Perform comprehensive maintenance every 6 months.
Under high-intensity continuous operation: It is recommended to perform maintenance every 3 months or earlier based on actual operating time.
Main Maintenance Items
Replace or replenish bearing grease;
Check and replace wear parts (such as impeller, liner, wear sleeve, etc.);
Check the condition of mechanical seals and packing seals, and adjust or replace them if necessary;
Clean deposits inside the pump to ensure smooth flow;
Check the motor insulation performance and the safety of cable connections.
