Clean pump cavity after shutdown: Flush the pump cavity, impeller flow channel and internal pipeline with clean water after daily operation. It prevents solid particles from sedimentation, agglomeration and blockage, and keeps the flow channel smooth for the next startup.
Regular bearing maintenance: Regularly check the bearing lubrication condition, timely replenish or replace grease and lubricating oil. Good lubrication avoids dry friction, overheating, shaft locking and abnormal equipment shutdown.
Adjust impeller clearance : Appropriately adjust the gap between the impeller and guard plate according to the wear condition. Reasonable clearance reduces medium backflow and power loss, maintaining stable flow rate and head efficiency.
Timely replace worn parts: Regularly inspect overflow wearing parts such as impeller and liner. Timely replacement of severely worn components can protect the outer pump shell, prevent slurry leakage and avoid sudden equipment failure.
