Gravel pump (also called sand and gravel pump) is a centrifugal pump specially used for transporting solid-liquid mixtures containing large particles and strong abrasiveness. It is widely used in dredging, mining, metallurgy, municipal, and other harsh working conditions.

Core Structural Features
Structure type: Horizontal, single-stage single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pump, with a single pump casing design. The pump casing and pump cover are clamped together with a band clamp, and the discharge direction can be adjusted within a 360° range for convenient on-site installation.

Flow-through component materials: Made of high-chromium alloy, hard nickel, wear-resistant alloy steel, or ceramic composite materials, with hardness not less than 58HRC to withstand highly abrasive environments.

Impeller design: Mostly semi-open or open structure, with short and thick blades, few in number, and wide smooth flow channels, capable of passing maximum particle sizes of 178–260mm.

Bearing system: Uses a cylindrical structure with grease lubrication, supporting complete disassembly and maintenance; bearing types include heavy-duty tapered roller bearings or cylindrical roller bearings, suitable for high load.
