Bearing Temperature Monitoring
The temperature rise of rolling bearings should not exceed 35°C, with a maximum temperature ≤ 80°C; sliding bearings ≤ 70°C.
Vibration and Shaft Whip Monitoring
Vibration value (mm): ≤ 0.06 when speed ≤ 3000 r/min;
Shaft whip: rolling bearings ≤ 0.5 mm, sliding bearings ≤ 2 mm.
Packing Seal Condition
There should be a small number of water drops, but no water should be splashed.
Oil Level Inspection
Keep it between 1/2 to 2/3 of the oil mark, and ensure normal rotation of the oil ring.
